Phil is a 10! He is so knowledgeable and patient, and we felt really comfortable having him in the house while we’re working from home. We have an older house with lots of fixtures and appliances that are decades old. Phil demonstrated both expertise and creativity while troubleshooting a solution for an outdated fireplace (they don’t even make the parts anymore!). He took his time but didn’t wasn’t ours and never made us feel like he was rushing to get to the next client or job at the expense of doing a quality fix for us. We are so grateful to him for him time and talent, and highly recommend him for any home service. On top of talent, he’s also a really nice and likable guy 🙂
