What are the cost for your services?

My labor rate is $120 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus sales tax and materials.

Any additional work not included in the estimate will be billed at a rate of $120 per hour plus sales tax and the cost of materials.
Is there a materials markup?
Materials are marked up by 20%. The materials mark-up is to cover purchasing the materials and drive time. You may provide your own materials, but please be advised if you purchase the wrong materials and I am on-site, the hourly rate still applies while the correct materials are purchased. My customers find it best that I purchase the required materials for the project to provide a stress-free experience and avoid the hassle of returning the wrong materials purchased.
Is there a deposit required for the project?
If the total cost of your project is more than $800 (labor, materials, & tax), a 50% deposit is required after the estimate is approved. The deposit is fully refundable and paid online using a credit card. The remainder is due upon completion of the project.
Do you charge for street/lot parking fees?
Street/Lot Parking Fees will be applied to the final invoice.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Appointment cancellation within 24 hours of confirmed appointments will be assessed at $120 with or without rescheduling.
Do you have a labor warranty?
I stand behind my work with a one-year guarantee.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
I am fully licensed, bonded, and insured and have never had any infractions or issues.

What forms of payments do you accept?

I accept the following payment types: check, cash, & credit or debit cards.

Customers will receive an invoice via email and text message after work is completed with a link to pay online using a credit or debit card.

Payment is due 14 days upon completion of work.

All late payments are subject to a penalty fee of 10% of the latest invoice total and reassessed every 30 days if an outstanding balance exists.

What type of properties do you service?

I service and repair only houses (no condos, townhouses, apartments, or commercial properties.)
Is there a particular time when work on outdoor projects?

Due to the weather, I stop outdoor projects starting on October 1st through July 5th and focus on indoor projects.
Do you have a crew or do you work individually?

I have no crew, I work independently. I do not hire subcontractors.
Do you do plumbing or electrical work?

I am a licensed general contractor. I do not take on plumbing or electrical work. I can send you a referral for a licensed plumber or electrician.
Do you get on tall ladders?

Due to safety concerns, I do not get a ladder taller than 10 feet. Hence, I do not get on roofs.
Do you work with a 3rd party (e.g., other contractors, property management companies, HOA, realtors, interior designers, etc.)?

I only work directly with homeowners.
Do you do structure work (e.g., move or build walls)?

I do not do any structural work such as moving or building interior or exterior walls.
Do you take on renovation projects?

I do not work on renovation projects. I focus on small projects typically no more than a week’s worth of work.
